Hunt New Zealand with John Manss

Alpine Stag Hunt and Alpine Stag-Tahr Hunt:
Day 1
Breakfast on plane, arrive, meet, greet and transfer Auckland early morning after a 12-hour flight from LAX the evening before, pick up firearms licence, and clear customs. Transfer to domestic terminal and fly 1 hour 20 minutes to Christchurch where you are met at airport, taken on a short tour to town and taxidermist with hunt briefing, and/or sports shop, (Or fly direct to Christchurch). Drive 2 hours to hunting area and set up the camp, have lunch, sight in rifles and 1/2 day hunting.

Day 2 thru 6
5 full days hunting.

Day 7
1/2 to hunting, then return (2 hours) to Christchurch visit taxidermist, go shopping, farewell lunch and drinks. Transfer to airport for late afternoon to Auckland, then on to LAX (or fly direct to LAX from Christchurch), crossing the date line and arriving LAX midday on that same date, catch connecting flight, and home that evening or carry on hunting and or touring.

Alpine Combo Hunt:
Day 1

1/2 day heli hunting weather permitting, then return to Christchurch visit taxidermist, go shopping, farewell lunch and drinks. Transfer to airport for late afternoon to Auckland, then on to LAX (or fly direct to LAX from Christchurch), crossing the date line and arriving LAX midday on that same date, catch connecting flight, and home that evening or carry on hunting and or touring.
